Project Description
In this project, with the systematic approach of the knowledge tree, the performance and evaluation of the existing runoff control facilities in the main stormwater collection network of Tehran with an area of 660 square kilometres was carried out in two study and operational stages. In the study phase, the achievements of the comprehensive studies of the stormwater of Tehran and other related studies at the national and international level were reviewed. In the operational phase, existing problems were documented and investigated by visiting the selected facilities in the main stormwater collection network of Tehran. The findings of this project are presented in the form of design, operation, restoration and maintenance guidelines for the collection and control facilities of the main urban stormwater network in Tehran.
